| All returns must be unworn, unmarked and have all tags and labels still attached. They should be returned with all packaging intact. Where relevant we reserve the right to refuse any unauthorised returns, and any items that are returned in a condition that prevents them from being resold will be returned to the customer.
Cancellations : Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for any returns/refunds. You will then be given a returns reference number to be included on the return packaging (no returns will be accepted without a reference number). All returns should be sent back to us (at the invoice address) within 7 days of authorisation, in their original packaging by a suitable postage method (Recorded delivery or Special delivery), at your own expense. Shop4pets.net will not be held responsible for any items which are lost in transit to us. The refund amount for the item(s) returned will be credited to the card used to make the original order within 30 days of us receiving the return.
Complaints:In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, you should contact us immediately, quoting the order number which is printed on your invoice. We will then request that the item be returned to us, in its original packaging by Recorded Delivery. When we receive it here, we will send out a replacement and reimburse the postage cost. If a replacement is not available we will refund the card which was used to make the purchase. Customer care is of great importance to us.
